Today in the morning I went to Machar colony, one of the poorest places in Karachi. My house mate Lylee from Rwanda is working for an NGO that takes care about the colony, so Lylee took Jana and myself for a visit over there. We call it “slums”.
The next few hours I spend at the office, and after that went to one of the largest business forums that brings together CEOs of leading companies in Pakistan.
During one day I have seen 2 ways of life, happening in 30 min drive from each other.
